Before, the original system was difficult to use and was rejected by users. Users and engineers could not agree on internal attempts at redesigning the system.

More that two minutes were required to diagnose an automated shutdown for this alarm list.

 After, our redesigned system reduced the number of screens by 50%.

User skill errors were prevented, due to our error detection system. We saved an estimated CAD$300,000 per incident.
