On-line Content for a Bank

Before, current content was set up by marketing and consisted essentially of marketing documents.

The content reflected the internal vision instead of the vision of the customer.


After, we visited people who had recently bought or sold a house, and we simply asked them to tell us their story.

Users don't know what they want but they know what they do.

We recorded and transcribed the tapes. Based on this feedback, we redesigned the content. In one page, users could find all housing related information.
