Before, the current system was simply a replication of an existing internal system to the Internet. It required 24 screens to perform an online loan application.

After, our redesign reduced the loan application to 4 screens. We did cognitive task analysis of the risk analysis process. The cognitive analysis allowed us to make this breakthrough.
